Baked Meat Balls inTomato sauce

Hi Friends!

Baked Meat Balls in Tomato Sauce are an easier way to make meat balls without the mess and calories from frying them. As it happens in occasions, I was able to make these with what I had available in the pantry, skipping a trip to the supermarket!

For these, I usually don’t use a recipe as a guide, I just follow whatever comes to mind. Also, I eyeball most ingredients without exact measurements; after years of making these, I pretty much know the ingredient ratio. For this recipe, I will only mention exact amounts when I am certain of the amount used.
